Email Scenario: You are student living in Vancouver, recently you have purchased an item from a shop in Seattle. The product is broken when its arrived and you must send an email to the seller in Seattle to let them know and either ask for money back or exchange the product.
Letter scenario: You are working for ICBC, you have a customer who had a hit and run incident last week. You need to write a letter on a letterhead (you create one) and tell them that they need to come to nearest ICBC by next week Friday to meet an accident case officer to deal with the incident.
