Search the Internet for a recent example of a white collar crime that was  aviolation against the environment in the U.S. (Include the link.)

1. What impact did incident crime have on the community/people? (Be specific.)
2. Should the individuals involved in the incident be criminally prosecuted?  Why or why not?
3. If you answered yes, which individuals would you charge?
4. What would be an appropriate punishment? Why?
