Part C – Reflection on Interview (10%) (due date 5 February 2021)
You are to submit a written reflection of the interview, using the “4R” method of reflective practice. Your reflection should consider the following 4 elements:
Report – what was required to achieve an effective interview?
Relate – were you able to relate previous knowledge or use communication skills learnt in your studies to help understand the issue/undertake the task?
Reason – what are the significant factors underlying the success of an interview and why are these factors important?
Reconstruct – How might you do this next time, what might work and why?
