 The course is divided into four major areas (agenda setting, policy formulation, policy implementation, and policy evaluation). Each student will prepare a twenty (20)-page portfolio synthesizing the four major areas.  THE PORTFOLIO IS BASED SQUARLY ON MATERIAL COVERED IN CLASS.
